Digital Products & Non-Returnable Items

Once a source code or digital asset has been downloaded or accessed, it cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense. Therefore, all sales are considered final. We encourage you to check the project preview, features list, and demo videos before making a purchase.

Eligible Refund Scenarios

We may consider a refund request under the following specific circumstances:

  • Technical Defect: If the source code is fundamentally broken or does not function as described in the documentation, and our support team is unable to fix the issue within 72 hours of your report.
  • Double Payment: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same transaction due to a technical glitch.

Refund Timeline & Processing

If your refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund to your original method of payment (Credit Card, UPI, or Bank Account). You will receive the credit within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your card issuer's policies or bank processing times.

Cancellation Policy

Since our orders are processed instantly, there is no "cancellation" window once the payment is successful and the download link is generated. If you face any issues during the payment process, please contact us immediately.
